Toy Story Party Decorations
Bright colors, handmade details, and playful DIY elements helped transform the party space into a Toy Story-inspired adventure.
The main party table was inspired directly by Andy’s playroom. Jessica created a DIY centerpiece modeled after the cardboard town from the movie by cutting building shapes from a long sheet of cardboard and letting the kids decorate them with paint markers. The cardboard was folded accordion-style so it could stand upright while keeping the tabletop functional and open for party activities.
Oversized alphabet blocks made from small gift boxes and large Toy Story figurines completed the playful scene and added even more character-inspired details throughout the setup.
Each place setting included layered blue and yellow plates paired with a red star napkin, a fun nod to the iconic Pixar ball. Personalized “moving boxes” made from brown paper bags doubled as place settings and take-home containers.
To create them, the top portion of each bag was trimmed, one-inch cuts were made at the corners, and the sides were folded down into a box shape. Each one was labeled with the child’s name followed by “+ toys” and filled with a good2grow Toy Story character drink, along with utensils wrapped in Woody-inspired red bandanas and sheriff badges.
Cowboy hats draped across the backs of the chairs encouraged kids to jump right into imaginative play as soon as they sat down.
One of the standout DIY moments was the Pizza Planet-inspired favor wall. Using foam insulation board, Jessica built and painted a rocket-shaped display complete with shelving for green alien favor boxes. An LED “Happy Birthday” sign at the top added the perfect finishing touch and made the display feel straight out of the movie.
Toy Story Food Ideas
The Pizza Planet-inspired food station became one of the most interactive areas of the party.
A make-your-own pizza bar let kids customize their own pizzas with crust, sauce, cheese, and assorted toppings. Space-themed printable signs and personal pizza box labels tied the entire station into the Toy Story theme while giving the experience an extra-special touch.
For dessert, store-bought cupcakes were dressed up with colorful sprinkles, Toy Story mini figurines, and alphabet cookies spelling out “Happy Birthday” for an easy but playful dessert table idea.
Throughout the celebration, good2grow Toy Story kids juice featuring Woody, Buzz, and Jessie added even more themed fun to the party setup. The collectible character toppers made the kids drinks feel like part of the décor while also giving kids a fun take-home item parents appreciate. Plus, the spill-proof spouts make them perfect for active little party guests and busy birthday celebrations.
Parents also love that good2grow offers no sugar added juice options, making them an easy grab-and-go addition for party tables, favor boxes, and snack stations.
Toy Story Party Favor Ideas
For party favors, Jessica created adorable little green alien boxes inspired by the famous claw machine scene from Pizza Planet.
Green favor boxes were decorated with white circle labels for eyes and hand-drawn smiles before being filled with a good2grow drink and nostalgic toy-inspired goodies like mini Rubik’s cubes, Etch A Sketches, slinkies, and yo-yos.
The finished favors felt playful, interactive, and perfectly on-theme while giving guests a fun mix of treats and toys to take home after the party.
