SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The good2grow® Stars Stripes and Sights Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on April 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on September 30, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of good2grow® (the “Sponsor” and/or the “Administrator”), which are binding and final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 US and D.C., who are eighteen (18) years of age at time of entry in their state of residence at the time of entry (“Entrants”). Employees, officers and representatives of the Sponsor, the Administrator, and any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, brand prizing partners, franchisees, licensees, distributors, suppliers, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, officer or representative whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year. Winning a Prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted. All Sweepstakes Entries are the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Sweepstakes Period there are two (2) ways to Participate:

1. App: To receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry”), an Entrant must: i) download the good2grow app (“App”) on iOS or Android and create an account or log into Entrant’s account (“Account”) for free, ii) click on App landing page banner ad; iii) and Entrant will then be asked to launch the camera on their mobile or tablet device and grant permission to access Entrant’s camera. Follow the prompts and hold a participating product (“Participating Product” and defined in Appendix A) clearly in front of camera window. Once you’ve properly centered your Participating Product with the logo clearly displayed on a flat surface in a bright light, click the Collect button. iv) Complete the online registration form which includes Entrant’s full name and email address (email address must match email used to set up Account). If you scan a non-participating product or the logo isn’t clearly displayed, you will receive an error message and be prompted to try again with a Participating Product.
2. Alternate Means of Entry: To participate without downloading the App or scanning a Participating Product, visit https://m.cmpgn.page/zLR17P (the “AMOE Website”), submit full name, email address, date of birth, to receive a Sweepstakes Entry.

Sweepstakes Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means, and Sweepstakes Entries by any means which subvert the entry process, are void. No mechanically reproduced Sweepstakes Entries accepted. Sweepstakes Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

There is a limit of four (4) Sweepstakes Entries per person per Sweepstakes Period, using only one (1) email address, regardless of entry method. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a ‘day’ is defined as a 24-hour period beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Sweepstakes Entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation, or which are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost or misdirect, will be void. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple Sweepstakes Entries by using multiple or false contact information or otherwise may be disqualified.

Any and all information provided in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.good2grow.com/privacy/. By entering in the Sweepstakes, Participants hereby agree that Sponsor may collect and use their personal information submitted with their Sweepstakes Entry in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Among other things, the information Participants provide may be used to send updates and announcements from Sponsor. At the time of entry, Participants may be given the opportunity to opt-in to receive further communications. Participants are not required to opt-in and opting in will not improve your odds of winning.

SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE (1): There is one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) available to be awarded. Winner (“Winner”) will receive a trip for Winner and up three (3) guests (“Guests”) to a destination they choose from 4 choices: i) New York City; ii) San Francisco; iii) St. Louis; or iv) Washington D.C. The Grand Prize includes round-trip coach-class air transportation from a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to a major commercial airport in the selected destination (selected by Sponsor) for the Winner and three (3) Guests, two (2) nights hotel standard accommodation (single room, quad occupancy); one thousand dollars ($1,000.00 USD) made payable to the Winner for incidentals; and a prize pack that includes one (1) pair of sunglasses, stickers, one (1) paper fan, one (1) pool float, one (1) cooler bag, and four (4) good2grow bigger bottles. See additional details and disclosures below. Additional prize award details and travel information to be provided to the Grand Prize Winner at the time of Prize notification. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $5,041.

1^ST PRIZES (2): There are two (2) 1^st prizes (“1^st Prizes”) available to be awarded. Each Winner will receive a prize pack that includes one (1) pair of sunglasses, stickers, one (1) paper fan, one (1) pool float, one (1) cooler bag, and four (4) good2grow bigger bottles. ARV of 1^st Prize is $41. ARV of all 1^st Prizes is $82.

ARV of the Grand Prize and 1^st Prizes (collectively “Prizes”) is $5,123.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE DRAWING (“Drawing”) & WINNER NOTIFICATION: Odds of winning a Grand Prize will depend on the number of Sweepstakes Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be randomly selected and notified on or about October 2, 2026. Winners will be randomly selected by Administrator. Winners will be contacted via email.

The potential Winner (“Potential Winner”) of the Grand Prize will have 48-hours from when they receive notification to respond and return email with their acceptance of the Grand Prize. Upon the acceptance, the Grand Prize Potential Winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a taxable income form, W9, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within three (3) days of date of issuance of email notification of potential win If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor or its agent is unable to contact a Potential Winner, or a Potential Winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate Potential Winner may be selected. The Sponsor reserves the right not to award a Prize in the event the Sponsor is unable to identify and confirm a winner after attempting to contact alternate winners.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: Grand Prize destination must be selected and Grand Prize booked by 9/30/27. The expiration date for the Grand Prize cannot be amended or extended other than by Sponsor.

If a Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her Grand Prize with no Guest, only the applicable portion of the Grand Prize will be awarded to Winner, and any remainder of the Grand Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Grand Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation. Air or ground transportation and hotel accommodation (collectively “Travel”) arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Guests must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure or Winner must be parent or guardian of Guests. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates, and other Grand Prize and travel restrictions. Reservations are subject to availability. Travel dates are subject to Sponsor or a third party’s approval. The maximum value of the Grand Prize set forth above represents the Sponsor’s good faith determination of the maximum ARV. The actual fair market value, as ultimately determined the Sponsor, cannot be challenged, or appealed. The Winner will receive from the Administrator an IRS Form 1099 (or similar) in the amount of the Grand Prize. ARV of Grand Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Grand Prize will not be awarded. Grand Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, car rental, etc.) are included in the Grand Prize and all such additional expenses are the sole responsibility of Winner. Once issued, travel tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued, and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Administrator or Sponsor’s representative. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets. Winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of accommodation check-in to cover incidentals. Winner and Guests will depart from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by the Sponsor’s representative in its sole discretion) to the Grand Prize chosen location. Winner and Guests will share a single room, includes room and tax only. Winner and Guests must travel on the same itinerary. Selection of hotel and airline are at Sponsor’s representative’s sole discretion. Grand Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable. Once the Grand Prize is booked no changes can be made. Winner and Guests must have and are responsible for valid government issued photo ID for travel. Grand Prize is for Winner and Guests and no additional family members or guests are permitted in the Grand Prize. Once selected, Guests may not be changed.

Winner and Guests irrevocably waive all claims against the Released Parties (as defined below), and agree that the Released Parties will have no liability or responsibility for any Losses (as defined below) arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the Grand Prize, including, but not limited to personal injury, wrongful death, a potentially heightened risk of exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses (including, without limitation, COVID-19) and the causes thereof, sickness arising as a result of Participant’s participating in the Sweepstakes and related activities (e.g., travel), wherever, whenever or however the same may occur. Winner and Guests must abide by all applicable federal, state, local and venue COVID-19 guidelines while traveling. Winner and Guests fully understand that (a) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, “COVID-19”) is extremely contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present; (b) no precautions, including any protocols that will be implemented from time to time by the Released Parties (collectively, the “Protocols”), can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and (d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition. Winner and Guests travel at their own risk.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes qualification is determined when Sweepstakes Entry is submitted on the App or via the AMOE Website. Proof of identity and/or residence reasonably satisfactory to the Sponsor and/or the Administrator may be required to verify eligibility. The Sponsor and the Administrator have the right to determine Sweepstakes eligibility in their discretion; all decisions concerning Sweepstakes eligibility are final. Any effort to circumvent the Sweepstake’s limits, requirements, or other terms (including, but not limited to, providing fictitious information or concealing identity or location) voids submissions and disqualifies person from participating in the Sweepstakes.

By participating, Entrants accept and agree to: (i) be bound by these Official Rules, all applicable laws and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters; (ii) waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to the Official Rules; and (iii) waive all of his/her rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against any of the Released Parties (as defined below). Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible or liable Sweepstakes Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for Sweepstakes Entries that are late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, and all such Sweepstakes Entries will be disqualified, or emails or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, technical, electronic, mechanical, network, seeding, computer, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Prize redemptions, emails, Sweepstakes Entries, the announcement of the Winners, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. In no event will the Released Parties be liable for more than the stated number of Prizes in these Official Rules. Consumer Products Inc., ZAG AMERICA, LLC, The Fred Rogers Company, Cloud Co for Care Bears - CloudCo LLC and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and Sweepstakes agencies and promotional partners and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a Prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes. BINDING ARBITRATION: Except where required by law, Entrants and the Sponsor waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes (including any activity related thereto). Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules, or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any Participant and the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the state of Georgia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules (whether of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Georgia. Any action seeking equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the State of Georgia. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-convenience or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.
