Decor

The party table featured a DIY cityscape that she cut out of black foam poster board. She incorporated Spider-man details in the tablescape, including a red table cover, web placemats, iridescent plates,, and good2grow Spider-man themed drinks and Snackers at each place setting.

The backdrop wall is made up of a large spider web and balloon garland that she put together using red, blue, black and silver balloons and comic-book-style action words. The oversized Spider-Man balloon hanging from the ceiling upside down looks like he is web-slinging his way through the city and right into the party!

Favors

Jessica put together party favor goodie baskets for my little superheroes that were filled with good2grow Spider-man drinks, Snackers, Spider-Man masks, cotton candy “webs”, and silly string for web-slinging fun!

Food and drinks

One of my go-to foods to make and serve at kids’ theme parties is mini pizzas using English muffins. For this Spider-Man party, she used red pizza sauce and string cheese to make a web design on each pizza and then topped it with a black olive “spider”.

She also made red velvet cupcakes with blue frosting. Each cupcake was decorated with either comic word toppers and sprinkles or chocolate-piped spiderwebs. Make these spiderwebs ahead of time by piping melted chocolate onto wax paper and letting them harden in the fridge!

Of course. good2grow Spider-man drinks and Snackers were at each place setting to fuel all of the little superheroes with a better-for-you beverage that is made without any added sugar and tastes delish!

Craft

She set out a simple and mess-free web weaving craft for the kids to do at the table. Before the party, she hot-glued 4 blue or red craft sticks together. Then, each kid got a long piece of yarn attached to a plastic spider ring. The kids can wrap the yarn around the sticks, creating their own spider web design.
