With DIY touches like a tire track table runner, themed snacks like Dirt Track Cups and Wheelie Wraps, and even sensory play kits to keep little hands busy, this party was a full-throttle success. And of course, the party would not be complete without good2grow drinks topped with collectible Hot Wheels™ Monster Trucks! Our spill-proof, better-for-you beverages were a hit with kids and parents, and doubled as party favors they’ll love taking home, and they are available now in 3 Packs on Amazon!

Party Decor
This party incorporated a bold color palette and lots of rugged textures, giving it a full-throttle rally vibe! The backdrop was made using a plastic faux-metal table covering adhered to an arch stand. It was framed with a bright balloon garland, checkered flag pennants hanging from the ceiling, and stacks of inflatable tires.
The table was covered with brown kraft paper and stenciled with muddy tire tracks (such an easy and affordable DIY that made a huge impact!). Down the center, she stacked mini inflatable tires and added a few small Hot Wheels™ Monster Trucks climbing over them. Each place setting featured a checkered plate layered with a Hot Wheels Monster Truck party plate, a themed napkin, and a good2grow drink topped with a monster truck.
Monster Truck Themed Menu
The menu was made up of kid-friendly foods with fun names to match the theme!
To make “Wheelie Wraps”, an assortment of pinwheel sandwiches, just roll your fillings into a tortilla and slice it into rounds. “Dirt Track Cups” are layers of chocolate pudding topped with crushed oreos and snickerdoodle cookies- don’t forget to add a Hot Wheels mini monster truck on top! Nuts & Bolts snack mix is a crunchy mix of cereal, pretzels, crackers, and more (Jessica used Chex Mix!).
To create the custom food signs, use paint markers to write on self-standing 4×6 acrylic frames.
Party Favors
She kept the fun rolling with “Winner’s Circle” goodie bags for each child to take home. Each reusable checkered bag included a good2grow drink with a monster truck topper, a mystery mini Hot Wheels™ Monster Truck, and a DIY sensory dough kit with homemade “muddy” brown play dough, plastic boulders, and mini cones.
To make the play dough: mix 1 cup flour, ½ cup salt, 2tsp cream of tartar in a saucepan. Over medium heat, slowly pour in 1 cup water, 1 tbsp oil, and food coloring. Stir until a dough ball forms. Let it cool on a piece of parchment paper, then knead until smooth. Store it in a sealed container.
Her kids even discovered that along with playing with their mini monster truck in the play dough, they could roll their good2grow Hot Wheels™ Monster Truck toppers through it to make tire tracks- such fun sensory play!
