Supplies:

balloon

straws

gift bag

tape

cut-out hearts

ribbon

Directions:

1. Glue or tape straws to each corner of the gift bag.

2. Pick a balloon and blow it up and glue it to the straws, placing it so it rests on top

3. Add Ribbon, felt hearts or other decorations to your ballon.
